鲜食玉米全基因组选择技术的研究与应用展望

- 全基因组选择(Genomic Selection, GS)作为一种新型分子育种技术,通过全基因组范围内的分子标记预测个体育种值,能够缩短育种周期、提高选择效率,为鲜食玉米育种提供了新路径。为了推动黑龙江省乃至全国鲜食玉米育种技术创新与产业高质量发展,综述了全基因组选择技术的原理与核心方法,系统梳理了该技术在鲜食玉米育种中的研究进展,分析了当前应用中存在的标记密度不足、环境互作效应复杂等问题,并结合黑龙江省鲜食玉米产业特点与育种需求,展望了全基因组选择与分子标记辅助育种(MAS)整合、多环境数据融合、人工智能技术结合等未来发展方向。
