枯草芽孢杆菌对野菜车前草生长及养分吸收的影响

- 为促进野菜车前草生长,提高其产量,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同稀释倍数(100,200,300和400倍,以蒸馏水为对照)的枯草芽孢杆菌对车前草生长及养分吸收的影响。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌提高了车前草生物量和光合色素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素)含量,但降低了根冠比。与对照相比,稀释100,200,300和400倍的枯草芽孢杆菌使车前草根系生物量分别提高了9.09%、13.17%、7.61%和7.24%,使车前草地上部分生物量分别提高了13.66%、29.61%、24.75%和13.21%。此外,枯草芽孢杆菌在一定程度上提高了土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量,提高了车前草植株全氮、全磷和全钾含量,降低了土壤pH,其中以稀释200倍的枯草芽孢杆菌效果最佳。当枯草芽孢杆菌稀释倍数为200倍时,车前草地上部分全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别较对照提高了39.23%、22.03%和8.40%。综上,枯草芽孢杆菌能够促进车前草的生长和养分吸收,其中以稀释200倍的浓度处理效果最佳。
