- 棉花作为全球重要的经济作物,其优质纤维和多样化利用价值在农业和工业领域占据核心地位。近年来,基因组编辑技术,尤其是CRISPR/Cas系统的迅速发展,为棉花关键农艺性状的精准改良提供了全新手段。为促进我国棉花种质创新与品种改良,系统综述了基因编辑技术在棉花纤维品质、抗虫性、除草剂耐受性及干旱、盐碱、温度等逆境耐受性状中的应用进展,重点梳理了代表性靶基因及编辑策略,归纳了相关实践案例,并分析了技术瓶颈与未来发展方向。基因编辑正推动棉花育种由传统经验型向精准设计型转变,助力构建绿色、高效、可持续的现代育种体系。
