- 为研究干旱胁迫对向日葵(Helianthus annuusL.)生理特性的影响,以耐旱型向日葵‘R5’和干旱敏感型向日葵‘0989102’幼苗作为试验材料,研究15%聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫下,向日葵叶片生理指标的变化。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫时间延长,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、H2O2含量、超氧阴离子(OFR)产生速率以及抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性均持续升高,其中MDA、Pro、SP、SS、H2O2含量、OFR产生速率均表现为‘0989102’增幅高于‘R5’,干旱胁迫处理后,SOD、POD、CAT 3种抗氧化酶活性‘R5’均高于‘0989102’。各项生理指标相关性分析显示,MDA、Pro、SP、SS、H2O2之间均呈极显著正相关性;OFR与MDA、H2O2和CAT呈极显著正相关性,与Pro、SP、SS和SOD呈显著正相关性;CAT与SOD、POD呈极显著相关,SOD与POD呈显著正相关。结果表明耐旱型和干旱敏感型向日葵在幼苗期对干旱胁迫表现出不同的生理响应。
- Abstract:
- In order to investigate the effects of drought stress on the physiological characteristics of Helianthus annuus L., the seedlings of drought-tolerant sunflower ‘R5’ and drought-sensitive sunflower ‘0989102’ were used as experimental materials, the changes in physiological indexes of sunflower leaves under simulated drought stress with 15% polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) solution were studied. The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro), soluble protein (SP), soluble sugar (SS), H2O2, the production rate of superoxide anion (OFR), and the activities of antioxidant enzyme SOD, POD, and CAT increased continuously with the prolongation of drought stress time. Among them, ‘0989102’ increased more than ‘R5’ in the content of MDA, Pro, SP, SS, H2O2, and the production rate of OFR. After drought stress treatment, ‘R5’ was higher than ‘0989102’ in the activity of three antioxidant enzymes SOD, POD, and CAT. The correlation analysis of various physiological indexes showed a extremely significant positive correlation between MDA, Pro, SP, SS and H2O2. OFR showed a extremely significant positive correlation with MDA, H2O2, and CAT, and a significant positive correlation with Pro, SP, SS, and SOD; CAT was extremely significantly correlated with SOD and POD, while SOD was significantly positively correlated with POD. The results of this study indicate that drought-tolerant and drought-sensitive sunflowers exhibit different physiological responses to drought stress during the seedling stage.
