- 针对中国东北林区阔叶树凋落物利用率低、生物质资源浪费等问题,探究以阔叶树凋落物部分替代木屑栽培红平菇(Pleurotus djamor)的可行性。通过筛选最优凋落物种类及添加量,旨在降低凋落物堆积引发森林火灾的概率,同时开发低成本、高效益的红平菇栽培技术,为林区废弃资源利用提供新路径。以黑龙江省萝北县太平沟国家级自然保护区野生红平菇子实体为材料,采用组织分离法获得母种,以菌丝生长速度和生长势为指标,筛选适宜母种菌丝体生长的阔叶树凋落物种类,进而研究不同凋落物添加量对子实体产量、农艺性状、营养成分的影响。结果表明,红平菇菌丝体在蒙古栎凋落物上生长速度最快,为0.407 cm·d-1,且菌丝生长浓密。当蒙古栎凋落物添加量为55%时,平均每袋产鲜菇140.40 g、干质量13.92 g,生物学效率为87.75%,农艺性状优良,粗蛋白含量高达245.60 mg·kg-1。
- Abstract:
- In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of broad-leaved tree litter and waste of biomass resources in the forest area of Northeast China, the feasibility of replacing wood chips with broad-leaved tree litter for the cultivation of Pleurotus djamor was explored. By screening the optimal litter species and addition amount, the aim was to reduce the probability of forest fires caused by litter accumulation, and to develop low-cost and cost-effective cultivation technology for the utilization of waste resources in forest areas. The fruiting body of wild P. djamor in Taipinggou National Nature Reserve in Luobei County, Heilongjiang Province was used as the material, and the mother species were obtained by tissue separation method. Based on the mycelial growth rate and growth potential, the litter species of broad-leaved trees suitable for the mycelium growth of the mother species were screened, and the effects of different litter additions on fruiting body yield, agronomic traits and nutrients were studied. The results showed that the mycelium of P. djamor had the fastest growth rate of 0.41 cm·d-1 on the litter of Quercus mongolica, and the mycelium grew densely. When the litter content of Q. mongolica was 55%, the average yield of fresh mushrooms per bag was 140.40 g, the dry weight was 13.92 g, the biological efficiency was 87.75%, the agronomic traits were excellent, and the crude protein content was as high as 245.60 mg·kg-1.
