- 为进一步挖掘蓖麻中与器官发育相关的基因及其作用,采用生物信息学手段,基于蓖麻基因组数据,对SAP(STERILE APETALA)基因家族的理化性质进行分析,预测蛋白保守结构域、分析蛋白的二级结构特征、构建系统进化树以及在染色体上的位置和共线性等。结果表明,首次鉴定出7个RcSAP基因,均为不稳定蛋白,二级结构中无规则卷曲占比高。亚细胞定位预测蛋白主要定位在细胞核,除RcSAP1外,其余Motif相似。共线性分析揭示RcSAP3和RcSAP6与拟南芥具有同源性。
- Abstract:
- In order to further investigate the genes associated with organ development in castor and elucidate their functions, we utilized bioinformatics approaches based on castor genome data. Specifically, we analyzed the physicochemical properties of these genes, predicted conserved protein domains and secondary structure characteristics, constructed phylogenetic trees, and examined the chromosomal locations and collinearity of the STERILE APETALA (SAP) gene family. The results showed that, identified seven RcSAP genes for the first time, all of which were characterized as unstable proteins with a high proportion of random coils in their secondary structures.Subcellular localization predictions indicated that these proteins are predominantly nuclear-localized. Motif analysis revealed similarity among the motifs of RcSAP genes, with the exception of RcSAP1. Collinearity analysis demonstrated that RcSAP3 and RcSAP6 share homology with their counterparts in Arabidopsis.
