- 为促进美国白蜡嫩枝扦插及大苗培育技术的推广,系统介绍了美国白蜡嫩枝扦插育苗技术关键环节、移栽及移栽后管理方法、病虫害防治方法。具体技术主要以美国白蜡3~5年生优良母株上粗约0.5~10.0 mm当年生嫩枝作为扦插材料,在温室大棚内的扦插床上进行扦插。扦插基质为细炉灰、草炭土和粗河砂,8月上旬扦插,插穗经过处理后,放入生根剂中浸泡。美国白蜡嫩枝扦插成活率达到85%,当年生苗高达95 cm,地径达1 cm。每年8月上旬,采用当年生的嫩枝插穗,长10~12 cm,用150 mg·L-1 NAA 浸泡4~6 h,进行扦插。1年生扦插苗经过移栽、水肥管理、整形修剪及病虫害防治,5~6年就能培育成优质大苗。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the popularization of Fraxinus americana cuttings and large seedling cultivation technology, the key links, transplanting and post-transplanting management methods, disease and pest control methods were systematically introduced. The specific technology mainly takes the young shoots of 3 to 5 years old Fraxinus americana with a diameter of about 0.5 to 10.0 mm as cutting materials, and conducts cutting on the cutting bed in the greenhouse. The cutting matrix is fine ash, turf soil and coarse river sand, and the cuttings are cut in early August. After treatment, the cuttings are soaked in rooting agent. The survival rate of Fraxinus americana cuttings reached 85%, the seedling height reached 95 cm and the ground diameter reached 1 cm. In early August every year, the young shoots of the same year, 10-12 cm long, soaked in 150 mg·L-1 NAA for 4-6 hours, were cut. After transplanting, water and fertilizer management, plastic pruning and pest control, the 1-year-old cuttings could be cultivated into high-quality large seedlings in 5-6 years.
