- 为促进畜禽粪肥的合理利用与推广,通过采集北京地区畜禽养殖堆沤处理的粪肥,以1∶10固液比进行浸提,用以培养黄瓜种子。通过测定不同畜禽粪肥的理化指标、不同粪肥培养后黄瓜种子发芽情况和黄瓜幼苗的理化指标,分析不同畜禽粪肥类型对黄瓜种子发芽和幼苗生长指标的影响。结果表明,1∶10固液比的浓度下3种畜禽粪肥对幼苗的发芽率、发芽势、种子发芽指数和发芽速度指数的影响均不显著,但鸡粪肥的发芽指数明显低于其他处理,幼苗中砷和总钾的含量明显高于猪粪和牛粪处理,说明此浓度鸡粪对黄瓜种子的发芽存在一定毒性。而3种粪肥对幼苗的株高、幼苗长势和活力指数均有显著差异(P<0.05),均为猪粪肥>牛粪肥>鸡粪肥。通过对黄瓜种子发芽指标进行因子分析和综合评分后可以得出猪粪肥得分最高,因此猪粪肥在此固液比浓度下施用可以提高幼苗株高及长势。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the rational utilization and popularization of livestock and poultry manure, this experiment collected manure from composting treatment of livestock and poultry breeding in Beijing Area, and extracted with 1∶10 solid-liquid ratio to cultivate cucumber seeds. The effects of different livestock and poultry manure types on cucumber seed germination and seedling growth indexes were analyzed by measuring the physical and chemical indexes of different livestock and poultry manures, as well as the germination of cucumber seeds and the physical and chemical indexes of cucumber seedlings after different manure cultivation. The results showed that the effects of three kinds of livestock and poultry manure on the germination rate, germination potential, seed germination index and germination rate index of seedlings were not significant at the concentration of 1∶10 solid-liquid ratio, but the germination index of chicken manure was significantly lower than that of other. The content of arsenic and total potassium in seedlings was significantly higher than that of pigs manure and cattle manure, indicating that this concentration of chicken manure had certain toxicity to the germination of cucumber seeds. There were significant differences in plant height, seedling growth and vigor index among the three manure treatments (P<0.05), and showed as pig manure treatments> cow manure treatments> chicken manure treatments. After factor analysis and comprehensive score of cucumber seed germination index, it can be concluded that pig manure had the highest score. Therefore, the application of pig manure at this solid-liquid ratio concentration can improve the plant height and growth of seedlings.
