- 为了验证绿色植物生长调节剂GGR深植沃土和GGR拌种专用肥拌种对中重度盐渍化土壤玉米萌发和幼苗生长的作用,以前期鉴选出的耐盐玉米品种沃玉3号和盐敏感玉米品种纪元878为试验材料,在种植前进行拌种处理,研究拌种后对玉米出苗及幼苗生长性状、生理的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,应用GGR绿色植物生长调节剂拌种能够提高种子出苗率,同时对玉米幼苗的农艺性状以及生理指标均有不同程度的促进作用。通过隶属函数综合分析发现,在3种盐浓度土壤中,淡土和0.5%盐土中GGR拌种专用肥拌种对耐盐玉米品种沃玉3号种子萌发和生长的促进作用优于GGR深植沃土拌种处理,在0.3%盐土中,GGR深植沃土拌种对种子萌发和生长的促进作用优于GGR拌种专用肥拌种处理;在淡土中,GGR拌种专用肥拌种对盐敏感品种纪元878的种子萌发和生长的促进作用优于GGR深植沃土拌种处理,在0.3%和0.5%盐土中,GGR深植沃土拌种对种子萌发和生长的促进作用优于GGR拌种专用肥拌种处理。
- Abstract:
- In order to verify whether green plant growth regulator GGR (deep planting fertile soil) and GGR (special fertilizer mix) can promote maize germination and seedling growth in moderate and severe salinized soil, the salt-tolerant maize variety Woyu 3 and salt-sensitive maize Jiyuan 878 were selected as experimental materials in this experiment, and seed mixing treatments were carried out before planting. The effects of GGR (deep planting fertile soil) and GGR (special fertilizer mix) on seedling emergence, seedling growth characteristics and physiology of maize were studied. The results showed that compared with CK, GGR could improve the seed emergence rate, and promote the agronomic and physiological indexes of maize seedlings to different degrees. According to the membership function analysis, in the three salt concentration soils, in light soil and 0.5% saline soil, the promotion effect of GGR (special fertilizer mix) on seed germination and growth of salt-tolerant maize Woyu 3 was better than that of GGR (deep planting fertile soil). In 0.3% saline soil, the promotion effect of GGR (deep planting fertile soil) on seed germination and growth was better than that of GGR (special fertilizer mix). In light soil, the promotion effect of GGR (deep planting fertile soil) on seed germination and growth of salt-sensitive maize Jiyuan 878 was better than that of GGR (special fertilizer mix), in 0.3% saline and 0.5% saline soil, the promotion effect of GGR (deep planting fertile soil) on seed germination and growth was better than that of GGR (special fertilizer mix).
