- 为满足新时代对应用型和创新型人才的需求,高等院校肩负着培养能够适应社会发展需求的创新型人才的重任。本文深入分析当前园林专业在创新人才培养中存在的问题,并以园林专业植物景观设计课程为例,提出“课堂教学+技能大赛”相结合的教学改革方案和创新的培养路径。采用以学生为中心的教学理念,设立三维培养目标,通过线上线下的教学方式和多元化教学方法,构建“融入-聚焦-结合”三体系教学模式,为强国建设培养既具备扎实园林专业知识与技能,又具有较强创新意识与实践能力的“双创”复合型人才。
- Abstract:
- In order to meet the demand for application-oriented and innovative talents in the new era, colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating innovative talents who can adapt to the needs of social development. This paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents in the landscape architecture major, and took the plant landscape design course of landscape architecture major as an example to put forward the teaching reform plan and innovative training path combining “classroom teaching + skill competition”. Adopt the student-centered teaching concept, set up three-dimensional training goals, and build a three-system teaching model of “integration-focusing-combination” through online and offline teaching methods and diversified teaching methods, so as to cultivate “double and creative” composite talents with solid professional knowledge and skills in landscape architecture, as well as strong innovation awareness and practical ability for the construction of China.
