- 为了明确玉米田土壤封闭的三混除草剂42%精异丙甲草胺·异噁唑草酮·莠去津悬乳剂在不同剂量处理下对杂草的防效和安全性,采用随机区组试验方法设计田间药效试验。结果表明,42%精异丙甲草胺·异噁唑草酮·莠去津悬乳有效成分用量1 890~2 205 g·hm-2在玉米播后苗前施用,对玉米田主要杂草稗草、藜、本氏蓼、苘麻等杂草均有较好效果。施药后40 d,对试验玉米田杂草总草的株数防效为86.8%~95.0%,鲜重防效为 88.9%~96.5%。各个剂量处理后的20 d和40 d及抽雄期,玉米均未出现药害,同时对其他非靶标生物无影响。各药剂处理区与空白对照相比玉米产量均增产显著,增产率为74.4%~81.4%。说明土壤封闭除草剂42%精异丙甲草胺·异噁唑草酮·莠去津悬乳剂在对玉米安全的同时对杂草具有较好的防效。用于玉米田一年生杂草的防除时,适宜的施药剂量为4 500~5 250 mL·hm-2(有效成分用量1 890~2 205 g·hm-2)
- Abstract:
- In order to confirm the control efficacy and safety of the soil-sealed herbicide 42% S-metolachlor·isoxaflutole·atrazine suspoemulsion against weeds in maize field under different doses, a field efficacy trial was designed using randomized block method. The results showed that it had good effects on the main weeds of maize field, including Echinochloa crusgalli (L.) P. Beauv., Chenopodium album L., Persicaria bungeana (Turcz.) Nakai ex T. Mori and Abutilon theophrasti Medikus when 42% S-metolachlor·isoxaflutole·atrazine suspoemulsion were used 1 890-2 205 g·ha-1 by pre-emergence treatment. The plant control efficacy and fresh weight control efficacy on the total weed were 86.8%-95.0% and 88.9%-96.5% respectively. At 20 days, 40 days and tasseling stage after each dose treatment, there was no phytotoxicity to maize, and no effect on other non-target organisms. According to the results of yield measurement, the yield of each treatment was significantly increased compared with the blank control, and the incremental production rates was 74.4%-81.4%. The results indicated that the soil-sealing herbicide 42% S-metolachlor·isoxaflutole·atrazine suspoemulsion was safe to maize and had the good control effect on weeds. For the control of annual weeds in maize fields, the appropriate dosage is 4 500-5 250 mL·ha-1 (the effective component of 1 890—2 205 g·ha-1).
