- 摘要:为促进防风人工育苗技术研究,以蚯蚓粪和土壤为主要原料混合作为育苗基质,设置4个育苗混合基质处理,蚯蚓粪和土壤的比例分别为1 ∶3(v/v)、1 ∶1(v/v)、3 ∶1(v/v)和全土壤的对照(CK),测定防风苗期的株高、功能叶片数量、地上部分干(鲜)重、地下部分干(鲜)重、根粗、叶面积等生长指标,探讨不同比例蚯蚓粪和土壤混合基质处理对防风苗期生长状况的影响。结果表明,蚯蚓粪和土壤1 ∶1(v/v)育苗效果最佳,与对照相比,防风种子的出苗率增加了16.01%。地上鲜重为0.60g,比对照增加了20.00%。地下鲜重为0.18g,全株鲜重为0.78g,比对照增加了30.00%。全株干重为0.23g,比对照增加了21.05%。株高为13.64cm,比对照增加了20.18%。壮苗指数和根冠比分别为6.8和0.28,比对照分别增加了74.36%和47.37%。综上所述,在种植基质中添加蚯蚓粪可以改善防风的出苗情况、根系生长和养分吸收情况,最终促进防风幼苗生长。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote research on artificial seedling cultiration technology of Saposhnikovia divaricate, using vermicompost and soil as the main raw materials as the seedling substrate, four treatments were set up in the mixed substrate for seedling cultivation. The ratio of vermicompost to soil was 1∶3 (v/v), 1∶1 (v/v), 3∶1 (v/v) and the whole soil was used as the control (CK). The plant height, number of blades, dry (fresh) aerial biomass, dry (fresh) root biomass, root diameter, leaf area and other growth indicators were measured at the seedling stage of Saposhnikovia divaricate, explored the effects of different proportions of treatment on the growth of Saposhnikovia divaricate seedlings. The results showed that vermicompost and soil 1∶1 (v/v) had the best effect on seedling cultivation,and the emergence rate of parsnip seed was increased by 16.01% compared with the control.The aboveground fresh weight was 0.60 g, which was 20.00% higher than the control. Underground fresh weight was 0.18 g and whole fresh weight was 0.78 g, which increased by 30.00% compared with control.The total plant dry weight was 0.23 g, increased by 21.05%, and the plant height was 13.64 cm, increased by 20.18%.The seedling index and root shoot ratio were 6.8 and 028, respectively, which increased by 74.36% and 47.37% compared with 〗the control.In conclusion, adding vermicompostto the planting substrate can improve the emergence, root growth and nutrient absorption of Saposhnikovia divaricate,and ultimately promote the growth of Saposhnikovia divaricate seedlings.
