- 为促进迷迭香功能的深入发掘和生物活性化合物的开发与利用,在简述迷迭香及其提取物在农业相关领域应用现状的基础上,重点介绍其在植物生产领域的最新研究进展,包括在细菌性病害防治、真菌性病害防治、病毒性病害防治、植物害虫防治等方面的应用,以及对其他植物,包括化感作用和杂草防治的作用。在今后的研究中,应采用分子生物学、遗传学、细胞生物学等方面的技术手段深入揭示迷迭香的单体化合物单独或组合发挥抗菌抗虫等作用的分子机制。还应重点关注迷迭香及其提取物对非作用对象和农业生态环境的影响,如土壤微生物群落变化等。
- Abstract:
- To promote the in-depth exploration of rosemary functions and the development and utilization of bioactive compounds, the review briefly introduced the application status of rosemary and its extracts in agricultural-related fields, and focuses on their latest research progress in the field of plant production, including their applications in the prevention and control of bacterial diseases, fungal diseases, viral diseases, and plant pests, as well as their effects on other plants, including allelopathy and weed control. In future studies, molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, and other technical means should be used to deeply reveal the molecular mechanisms of individual or combined compounds of rosemary that exert antibacterial and insecticidal effects. Priority should also be given to the impact of rosemary and its extracts on non-target objects and the agricultural ecological environment, such as changes in soil microbial communities.
