- 为促进新疆杏新品种选育研究和开发利用,以3个杏杂交优株为试材,在成熟期测定其果实外在品质与内在品质,并利用靶向代谢组学技术对果皮和果肉中的类胡萝卜素进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明,3个杏优株的单果重范围在13.01~20.60 g,ZJX-02优株单果重显著高于其他优株;维生素C含量在8.72~9.30 mg·(100 g)-1,可溶性固形物含量在17.19%~22.32%,可溶性总糖含量范围在7.60%~8.86%,可滴定性总酸含量范围在1.60%~1.99%,优株间内在品质指标差异显著。从3个杏优株果实的果皮和果肉中一共鉴定了13种类胡萝卜素,杏果皮和果肉中均以八氢番茄红素和β-胡萝卜素等为主,果皮中的八氢番茄红素、β-胡萝卜素的含量分别为250.333~397.333 μg·g-1和76.070~119.000 μg·g-1,果肉中的八氢番茄红素、β-胡萝卜素的含量分别为147.000~356.000 μg·g-1和33.100~54.500 μg·g-1。通过对3个杏杂交优株进行初步比较分析得出,ZJX-01优株果实品质及类胡萝卜素含量综合表现最优,可以在新疆地区推广运用。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the breeding, research and development of new apricot varieties in Xinjiang, three apricot crosses were used as test materials to determine the external and internal fruit quality at maturity, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of carotenoids in fruit skin and flesh were carried out using targeted metabolomics techniques. The results showed that the single fruit weight of the three apricot plants were 1301-20.60 g, and the single fruit weight of ZJX-02 was significantly higher than that of the other superior plants; the vitamin C content were 8.72-9.30 mg·(100 g)-1, the soluble solids content ranged from 17.19% to 22.32%, the soluble sugar content ranged from 7.60% to 8.86%, and the titratable total acid content ranged from 1.60% to 1.99%. The intrinsic quality indexes varied significantly among the superior plants. A total of 13 carotenoids were identified from the peel and flesh of the three apricot plants, with octahydro lycopene and β-carotene predominating in the peel and flesh. The contents of octa-hydrolycopene and β-carotene in peel were 250.333-397.333 μg·g-1 and 76.070-119.000 μg·g-1, respectively. The contents of octa lycopene and β-carotene in flesh were 147.000-356.000 μg·g-1 and 33.100-54.500 μg·g-1, respectively.In this study, the fruit quality and carotenoid content of the ZJX-01 were found to be the best in the preliminary comparative analysis of three apricot crosses, which can be promoted in Xinjiang.
