- 为开发低毒、环保的植物源农药,对盐碱地水稻稻曲病进行生物防治,以白屈菜红碱(Chelerythrine)及耐盐碱水稻品种通系926为材料,筛选适宜助剂,最终研发了以白屈菜红碱为主要成分的悬浮剂农药配方,并比较不同浓度悬浮剂对盐碱地水稻稻曲病菌的田间防治效果。结果表明,该悬浮剂农药喷施两次,对稻曲病的田间防治效果较好,当有效成分用量为192 mL·hm-2时,防治效果达95.88%,高于对照药剂,具有残留低、环境友好等特点。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop low toxicity and environmental friendly botanical pesticides,and biocontrol the rice false smut in saline alkali soil,chelerythrine and salt tolerant rice variety Tongxi 926 were used as materials to screen suitable additives,and finally developed a suspension pesticide formula with chelerythrine as the main component.We also compared the field control effects of different concentrations of suspension agents on rice false smut in saline alkali soil.The results showed that the suspension pesticide sprayed twice had a good field control effect on rice false smut.When the effective component was 192 mL·ha-1,the control effect was 95.88%,which was higher than that of the control agent.It had the characteristics of low residue,environmental friendliness and so on.
