玉米收获期籽粒含水量与穗部性状的相关分析

- 为有效评价收获期籽粒含水量,发掘重要的可用于直接选择的性状,本研究以收获期含水量差异显著的2个极早熟和2个早熟玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系为试材,对比调查苞叶、穗柄、果穗、籽粒等穗部相关性状,分析其与收获期籽粒含水量的关系。结果表明:收获期籽粒含水量低的两个品种德美亚2号和德美亚3号,分别与同熟期含水量高的两个品种克玉17和哲单37相比,具有苞叶脱水速率快、苞叶数少、苞叶短、苞叶松散、穗柄耐拉力较强、穗行数和行粒数略少、穗长略短等特点;收获期籽粒含水量与苞叶脱水速率、苞叶松紧度呈显著负相关,与苞叶长度呈极显著正相关,与穗行数、粒长、行粒数和穗长呈显著正相关;上述性状父母本效应同时存在,选择时应兼顾。
- Abstract:
- In order to effectively evaluate the grain moisture content at harvest time,and explore important traits that can be used for direct selection,two pairs of early and super-early maturing hybrids and their parental inbred lines of maize with significant difference in grain moisture content at harvest were used in this study.The relationship between the grain moisture at harvest and the traits related to husk,ear stem,ear and grain were investigated by contrastive analysis.The results showed that,compared to the hybrids(Keyu 17 and Zhedan 37)with high grain moisture content at harvest,Demeiya 2 and Demeiya 3 had the faster husk dehydration rate,less,shorter and looser husk,stronger pulling resistance of ear stem,less row number per ear and grains per row and shorter ear length.There was negative correlation between the grain moisture content at harvest(GMC) and the dehydration rate and tightness of husk,the extremely significant positive correlation between GMC and husk length,and the significant positive correlation between GMC and row number per ear,grain length,grains per row,and ear length.The genetic effects from the two parents were existed simultaneously in the above traits and should be considered both in selection.
