- 葡萄产业作为渭南市临渭区近年来的主导产业,备受市场青睐,但其采后易出现果肉软化、果皮褐变和干梗脱粒、细菌滋生等问题,从而导致葡萄口感变差,严重损害了葡萄的销售周期,降低了经济效益,因此贮藏保鲜成为了葡萄产业亟待解决的技术难题。为促进渭南市临渭区葡萄产业的进一步发展,本文针对葡萄贮藏过程中存在的问题,分析了葡萄采摘前后影响贮藏的内部因素和外部因素,并综述了目前葡萄贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展,展望了未来葡萄贮藏保鲜的发展前景和研究方向。
- Abstract:
- Grapes industry is the leading industry of Linwei District of Weinan City in recent years,there are many problems in the storage of grapes after harvest such as flesh softening,browning,dry stems threshing,bacterial growth and so on,and resulting in bad grape taste,serious damage to the grape sales cycle,reducing the economic benefits.Thus,fresh-keeping became the technical problem to be solved for the grape industry.In this paper,the factors affecting the storage effect before and after grape picking were analyzed,and the current research situation at home and abroad were comprehensively discussed,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the further development of grape industry in Linwei District of Weinan City.The internal and external factors affecting the storage effect were analyzed,and the current research situation was comprehensively discussed,and the development and research direction of grape storage and preservation were prospected.
