- 为筛选适宜‘87-1’葡萄的花序整形方式,以3年生‘87-1’葡萄为试材,分别在花前和浆果开始生长后进行不同长度(留穗尖4,5,6和7 cm)的8个处理。通过测定和分析单粒重、果实横径、纵径、可溶性固形物含量及可滴定酸含量等指标,研究不同花穗整形处理对‘87-1’葡萄果实性状和品质的影响。并采用主成分分析法对其各项指标进行综合评价排序。结果表明:花前7 d至始花期整形留穗尖6 cm的T3处理除穗重、穗长和可滴定酸含量外,其单粒重、果实横径、果实纵径、可溶性固形物含量等各项指标均达到了最大。根据综合评价得分由高到低排序为T3>T2>T7>T6>T1>T5>T4>T8>CK。因此,花前7 d至始花期留穗尖6 cm的处理为最适宜黑龙江省‘87-1’葡萄的花穗整形方式。
- Abstract:
- In order to select a suitable inflorescence shaping method for ‘87-1’ grape,we used the 3-year-old ‘87-1’ grape as test material.Eight treatments with different lengths(spike tip 5,6 and 7 cm) were performed before anthesis and after the beginning of berry growth period and respectively.The effects of different flower shaping treatments on fruit character and quality of ‘87-1’ grape were studied by measuring and analyzing single fruit weight,fruit transverse and longitudinal diameter,soluble solid content and titratable acid content.The principal component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the various indexes and ranking was conducted.The results showed that the sngle berry mass,berry width,berry length,soluble solid and other indexes of treatment 3(floral cluster pruning were performed from 7 days before anthesis to anthesis,leaving spikelet tip 6 cm) was reach the maximum,except mass per ear,ear length and titratable acid content.The sequence from high to low of comprehensive evaluation results was T3>T2>T7>T6>T1>T5>T4>T8>CK.The treatment of floral cluster pruning were performed from 7 days before anthesis to anthesis and leaving spikelet tip 6 cm was the most suitable method cluster pruning for ‘87-1’ grape in Heilongjiang Province.
