- 为提升苹果苗木质量,推动寒地苹果产业发展升级,以龙丰、金红苹果苗为试验材料,通过对其进行浓度为400倍原液的苹果酵素叶面喷施和灌根处理,研究其对苗木质量、叶片生理生化及土壤养分的影响。结果表明:酵素处理的龙丰、金红在苗木质量、叶片理化性上表现优于对照,可溶性总糖含量极显著高于对照,金红的叶绿素含量与其对照差异显著;土壤养分影响中有机质、pH、全氮、全磷、全钾和碱解氮含量较各自对照均有提高,其中碱解氮极显著高于对照。有效磷、速效钾含量较各自对照有所降低。综上所述,苹果酵素对苹果苗木理化性状及土壤中的有机质、pH、全氮、全磷、全钾和碱解氮含量提高有促进作用。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the quality of apple seedlings and promote the development and upgrading of apple industry in cold areas,Longfeng and Jinhong apple seedlings were used as experimental materials to study their effects on seedling quality,leaf physiology and biochemistry and soil nutrients by spraying and root irrigation with 400 times of stock solution apple enzymes.The results showed that Longfeng and Jinhong seedlings treated with enzymes were better than the control in seedling quality and leaf physicochemical properties,the content of total soluble sugar was significantly higher than the control,and the chlorophyll content of Jinhong was significantly different from the control; The contents of organic matter,pH,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil nutrients were higher than those in the control,and the alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen was significantly higher than that in the control.The contents of available phosphorus and available potassium were lower than those of the respective controls.In conclusion,apple enzymes could promote the physical and chemical properties of apple seedlings and the contents of organic matter,pH,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil.
