- 为促进锁链稗草在盐碱土改良中的应用,采用滤纸培养法,测定了不同浓度的NaCl、NaHCO3和Na2CO3胁迫下,锁链稗种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数以及芽长和根长。结果表明:低浓度NaCl(50 mmol?L-1)胁迫下,可促进锁链稗种子萌发;随着钠盐浓度的增加,锁链稗的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数都呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,抑制作用为Na2CO3>NaHCO3>NaCl。钠盐胁迫抑制了锁链稗幼苗的生长,低浓度的NaCl(50和100 mmol?L-1)胁迫对锁链稗种子的芽长和根长影响不显著,而高浓度的NaCl(>100 mmol?L-1)则显著降低芽长和根长。NaHCO3和Na2CO3胁迫下,锁链稗的芽长和根长均显著低于对照。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the application of Echinochloa crusgalli in saline alkali soil improvement,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,seedling length and root length of Echinochloa crusgalli seeds under different concentrations of NaCl,NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 were determined by filter paper culture method.The results showed that low concentration of NaCl (50 mmol?L-1) could promote seed germination of Echinochloa crusgalli; With the increase of sodium salt concentration,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Echinochloa crusgalli decreased gradually,and the inhibition effect was Na2CO3>NaHCO3>NaCl.Sodium salt stress inhibited the growth of Echinochloa crusgalli seedlings.Low concentrations of NaCl (50 and 100 mmol?L-1) had no significant effect on the seedling height and root length of Echinochloa crusgalli seeds,while high concentrations of NaCl (> 100 mmol?L-1) significantly reduced the seedling height and root length.Under NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 stress,the seedling height and root length of Echinochloa crusgalli were significantly lower than those of the control.
