几种蚕豆根腐病病原菌的分离鉴定

- 为确定乌鲁木齐市达坂城区蚕豆根腐病的病原菌种类,从而有针对性地进行病害防治,本研究从乌鲁木齐市达坂城区多个蚕豆产区采集病原样本,进行分离纯化再回接,对比发病症状,并结合形态学和分子生物学鉴定技术明确病原菌的分类地位。结果表明:经病原菌分离纯化后得到8个菌株,通过对病原菌菌落结构、菌丝的形态学观察及分子生物学方法确认,腐皮镰刀菌、半裸镰刀菌、立枯丝核菌、细极交链孢4种真菌是蚕豆根腐病的致病菌。达坂城区蚕豆根腐病是由多种病原菌复合侵染引起的。因此,达坂城区蚕豆根腐病应采用包括轮作倒茬、种子消毒、改良土壤菌落结构、覆膜、沟灌、机器点播等综合防控措施。
