- 为选育适宜广西地区雾培生产的微型薯高产优势品种,以2个马铃薯新品种(系)为材料,研究其在生长发育过程中农艺性状的变化,并比较不同栽培方法对微型薯产量的影响。结果表明:随着雾培生长时间的增加,雾培马铃薯两品种(系)桂农薯1号和品系20号的株高、茎粗、节位数、叶片数、匍匐茎长度及根长逐渐增加。其中品系20号的株高、茎粗、节间长度、单株结薯数、单株结薯重均大于桂农薯1号,而叶片数、匍匐茎长度和平均单薯重均小于桂农薯1号;二者的根长则无显著性差异。两品种(系)雾培马铃薯的单株结薯数(10粒以上)、单株结薯重、平均单薯重(大于5 g)分别是基质栽培的7~9、12~15和1.6~1.7倍,且品系20号的雾培增产效果优于桂农薯1号。
- Abstract:
- In order to select high-yield varieties suitable for mini potato production in Guangxi area,two new potato varieties(lines)were used to study the changes of their agronomic characters during growth and development,and to compare the effects of different cultivation methods on the yield of mini potato.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,node number,leaf number,stolon length and root length of Guinongshu No.1 and line No.20 increased with the increase of growth time.The plant height,stem diameter,internode length,tuber number per plant and tuber weight per plant of line No.20 were significantly higher than those of Guinongshu No.1,while the leaf number,stolon length and average tuber weight were less than those of Guinongshu No.1; there was no significant difference in root length between them.The number of tubers per plant (more than 10 tubers),the weight of tubers per plant and the average weight of tubers per plant (more than 5 g) of the two varieties (lines) were 7-9,12-15 and 1.6-1.7 times of the substrate cultivation,respectively,and the yield increasing effect of line No.20 was better than that of Guinongshu No.1.
