不同施磷量与AM真菌对白浆土土壤团聚体及土壤养分的影响

- 为促进AM真菌在白浆土改良上的应用,采用盆栽试验,以玉米为宿主植物,设置3个施磷水平(P2O5),0,200和400 mg?kg-1,同时设置接种AM真菌和未接种处理,共6个处理,分析各处理对白浆菌土壤团聚体和养分情况及玉米生长的影响。结果表明:AM真菌可增加白浆土0~10 cm土层土壤水稳性大团聚体含量,提高土壤水稳性团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)。同一施磷水平下,AM真菌促进土壤中有效磷含量增加;AM真菌侵染率随磷施用量增加而下降;同一施磷水平,AM真菌可促进玉米生长,P0+AM真菌处理较P0处理显著提高了玉米生物量,说明AM真菌能有效促进玉米生长;AM真菌可改善白浆土土壤团聚体结构,提高土壤中养分含量,改善玉米营养状况,促进玉米生长。
