干旱胁迫对不同板栗品种叶片保水力的影响

- 为探索板栗的水分胁迫适应机制,本文以2个板栗品种为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法,研究板栗叶片的保水力与耐旱性的关系。结果表明:对照处理下的土壤含水量为26.79%,随着干旱处理时间的增加土壤含水量呈现不断下降的趋势,在干旱胁迫40 d时,土壤含水量达到6.8%;大板红的株高生长量在不同胁迫处理时间均高于燕山早丰,在干旱胁迫处理40 d时,大板红和燕山早丰的株高生长量分别为5.2和4.8 cm;2个板栗品种在进行干旱胁迫处理后的叶片相对含水量在整个叶片失水过程中均小于对照,且两品种的叶片相对含水量随干旱胁迫处理时间的增加而减少,随叶片失水时间的延长两品种的叶片相对含水量均呈下降趋势,在失水24.0 h时,不同处理下的大板红和燕山早丰的叶片相对含水量分别为42.17%~64.04%和32.01%~59.04%;各干旱胁迫处理的叶片失水速率在叶片失水0.5~24.0 h均小于对照,且随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,叶片失水速率减缓,在失水24.0 h时大板红和燕山早丰的失水率分别为35.96%~55.09%和40.96%~63.64%。综上所述,板栗在遇到干旱胁迫时可通过减少叶片含水量,降低叶片的失水速率以减少水分的散失,维持体内水分代谢的相对稳定;离体叶片失水速率可作为鉴定板栗品种抗旱性的生理指标
