水稻芽期耐盐性和耐碱性QTL分析

- 为培育适合盐碱土直播的水稻新品种,本研究利用“小白粳子/空育131” RIL群体(200个株系),以及对盐、碱胁迫条件下水稻芽期的相对根长、相对根数和相对苗高3个耐盐碱相关性状的142个SSR标记遗传连锁图谱进行QTL分析。结果表明:在两种胁迫条件下共检测到11个QTL,与耐盐性和耐碱性相关的QTL分别为4个和7个,分布在第1,2,3,5和12号染色体上,LOD值范围为2.58~4.72,贡献率在7.54%~15.34%。通过比较发现,耐盐性QTL和耐碱性QTL均定位于不同染色体区域,说明水稻芽期耐盐性和耐碱性的遗传机制可能不同。在盐胁迫下,与相对根数相关的qSRRN12和与相对根长相关的qSRRL12定位在相同区间;而在碱胁迫下,与相对苗高相关的qARSH1-1和与相对根数相关的qARRN1定位在相同区间,与相对苗高相关的qARSH1-2和与相对根长相关的qARRL1定位在相同区间,与相对根数相关的qARRN5和相对根长相关的qARRL5定位在相邻区间。这些定位在相同或相邻区间的QTL与相对苗高、相对根数和相对根长性状间的相关性具有高度的一致性。通过比较图谱发现,本研究中的9个QTL与以往不同群体中影响耐盐、碱相关性状的QTL定位在相邻或相同染色体区域,在碱胁迫下检测到的qARSH1-1和qARRN1在前人研究中未见报道,可能是与水稻芽期耐碱性相关的新位点。
