干旱胁迫对五种乔木叶片保护酶的影响

- 在气候逐渐变暖、淡水资源短缺的背景下,公共绿地及道路绿化植物的选择中,耐旱性成为重要的考量依据。本文优选了旱柳、榆树、楝、乌桕、毛白杨5种具耐旱应用前景的乔木开展干旱胁迫试验,通过测定叶片丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)4个植物生理指标,分析受试叶片保护酶系统对干旱胁迫的响应,并用隶属函数进行综合评价,探讨植物的耐旱性。结果表明:毛白杨叶片保护酶系统对干旱胁迫的响应最强,楝的保护酶之间协调性较好,乌桕的SOD在清除活性氧的过程中发挥重要作用,旱柳和榆树的SOD和POD合成能力较弱。旱柳、榆树、楝、乌桕和毛白杨的隶属函数平均值分别为0.36,0.30,0.39,0.53和0.82,耐旱性排序为毛白杨>乌桕>楝>旱柳>榆树。绿化实践中可优先考虑使用毛白杨、楝和乌桕。
