苹果主要病毒脱除技术研究进展

- 我国是世界上最大的苹果生产国,但在生产上却存在重产量轻品质的弊病,其中植株带毒是造成我国苹果单产低、品质差的主要原因,严重影响了我国苹果产业的发展。本文阐述了茎尖培养、微体嫁接、热处理、化学处理和超低温处理病毒脱除技术,分析了各方法的优点与弊病,以及适合其脱除病毒的种类,以期为我国苹果病毒脱除研究提供参考。
