有机肥对污染土壤上蚯蚓生长及Cd和Pb吸收的影响

- 为促进重金属污染土壤的修复,以赤子爱胜蚓为试验动物,以秸秆、牛粪、羊粪作为供试有机肥,采用室内接种法,研究有机肥对复合污染土壤上蚯蚓生长和Cd和Pb吸收的影响。结果表明:在不同处理条件下,污染土壤中蚯蚓数量顺序大小依次为秸秆>羊粪>牛粪>CK(不添加有机肥),其中施用秸秆有机肥时有较少的产卵量;蚯蚓个体均重大小顺序为秸秆>牛粪>羊粪>CK;与对照相比,添加牛粪、羊粪和秸秆后,蚯蚓体内Cd含量分别降低了84.60%、94.02%和8.67%,蚯蚓体内Pb含量分别降低了16.53%、15.04%和4.17%。试验后土壤有效态Cd和Pb含量大小顺序均为CK>羊粪>牛粪>秸秆,其中秸秆处理组土壤有效态Cd和Pb浓度与对照相比分别降低了145和430.35 mg?kg-1。因此,秸秆发酵有机肥较适合于蚯蚓的生长,利于蚯蚓富集土壤中的重金属Cd和Pb。
