利用SSR标记鉴定粳稻杂交F1真伪

- SSR分子标记具有多态性高、数量丰富、稳定性好和检测方便等优点,特别适用于粳稻杂交F1真伪性的鉴定,解决了田间鉴定种植时间长及表型相似不易区分等问题。本研究利用24对SSR引物对6个粳稻杂交组合进行鉴定,有3对引物扩增产物出现明显差异,利用这3对引物对所有杂交后代进行筛选。结果表明:试验发现真杂交种具双带型且与双亲大小一致,真杂率为80.0%~93.3%,与田间鉴定结果相一致。说明利用该方法鉴定粳稻杂交F1真实性是可行的。
