- 为减轻哈密瓜病毒病的危害,本文主要从新疆哈密瓜病毒的早期研究、哈密瓜病毒的种类鉴定、哈密瓜病毒的生物学特性以及哈密瓜病毒的分子生物学特征等方面进行了综述,并从哈密瓜病毒与寄主互作、哈密瓜病毒的群体遗传结构、基因组分子变异和重组、全基因组序列分子生物学特征、分子进化、抗病毒品种的选育、哈密瓜病毒病在田间发生流行规律和病毒防控等方面进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- In order to alleviate the harm of cantaloupe virus disease,this article reviewed cantaloupe melon in Xinjiang,including early studies,virus identification,biological traits,and molecular traits,and prospected the interactions between viruses and hosts,the genetic structure of the population of cantaloupe viruses in Xinjiang,the molecular variability and recombination of viral genome,the molecular traits of complete genome sequences,molecular evolution,the breeding for resistant varieties,the epidemic features of virus diseases in the field,and the control and scientific prevention of virus diseases of cantaloupe melon in Xinjiang.
