- 为明确大庆地区粳稻品质性状特点及关系,从描述稻米品质的4个方面选取8个检测指标,对2018年大庆3个地区种植的6个品种粳稻进行品质指标的相关性分析、主成分分析和因子分析。结果表明:恶白粒率与长宽比呈显著负相关,长宽比分别与香气、光泽和口感指标呈极显著正相关,与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关。蛋白质含量与直链淀粉含量、香气、光泽及口感均呈极显著负相关。直链淀粉含量与光泽和口感呈极显著正相关。香气、光泽、口感这3个指标呈极显著正相关。主成分分析和因子分析结果表明光泽、恶白粒率和直链淀粉含量为最有代表性的品质指标。
- Abstract:
- In order to clarify the characteristics and relationship of quality traits of japonica rice in Daqing area,eight indicators were selected from four aspects of describing rice quality,and the correlation analysis,principal component analysis and factor analysis of six japonica rice varieties planted in three regions of Daqing in 2018 were carried out.The results showed that,here was a significant negative correlation between the percentage of bad white grains and the ratio of length to width.The ratio of length to width was positively correlated with aroma,luster and taste indices,and negatively correlated with protein content.Protein content was negatively correlated with amylose content,aroma,luster and taste.Amylose content was positively correlated with luster and taste.Aroma,luster and taste were positively correlated.Principal component analysis and factor analysis showed that gloss,malodorous white grain rate and amylose content were the most representative quality indicators.
