- 为进一步提高检测工作效率,促进环境保护及农牧业可持续发展,本文采用自动消化炉——自动电位滴定仪方法对土壤进行了有机质测定,同时进行样品空白和黑土标准物质的测定。结果表明:同农业标准(NY/T 85-1988)和农业标准(NY/T 1121.6-2006)检测方法相比,本试验方法操作简单易行,结果准确可靠。采用此方法进行批量样品检测时,可以减少环境污染,大大提高工作效率。
- Abstract:
- In order to further improve the detection efficiency and promote environmental protection and sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry.In this paper,the organic matter in soil was determined by automatic digestion furnace-automatic potentiometric titrator,and the sample blank and black soil reference materials were also determined.The results showed that compared with the agricultural standard (NY/T 85-1988) and the agricultural standard (NY/T 1121.6-2006),the method was simple and easy to operate,and the results were accurate and reliable.When using this method to detect batch samples,the environmental pollution can be reduced and the work efficiency can be greatly improved.
