- 为建立高粱耐盐鉴定评价体系,用不同浓度NaCl对42份高粱资源在萌发期进行了盐胁迫培养,研究高粱萌发期盐害鉴定浓度标准。结果表明:随着盐浓度增加出芽率是逐步降低的,且盐浓度越高,发芽率降低越快。经T测验(α=0.01)盐浓度在1.6%~1.8%时相对盐害率差异显著。最终确定高粱萌发期耐盐鉴定的最适宜NaCl浓度为1.7%。
- Abstract:
- In order to establish evaluation system of salt tolerance identification of sorghum, 42 sorghum resources were cultured under salt stress with different concentrations of NaCl,the criteria for identifying salt damage in sorghum germination period was studied.The results showed that the germination rate decreased gradually with the increase of salt concentration,and the higher the salt concentration,the faster the germination rate decreased.T-test (α=0.01) showed that the relative salt damage rate was significantly different between the salt concentration of 1.6% and 1.8%.The optimum NaCl concentration for sorghum germination stage identification was 1.7%.
