白芦菇生物学特性及其栽培过程理化性质研究

- 为进一步了解白芦菇的生长环境和营养条件,本文测定了不同温度、pH、碳源及氮源条件下的菌丝生长速度和生长状态,检测了栽培过程中菌包内羧甲基纤维素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶等酶活性以及还原糖、可溶性蛋白、含水量、pH等指标的变化。结果表明:菌丝最佳生长条件为29 ℃,pH10.0,蔗糖为碳源,酵母粉为氮源。在生长发育过程中培养基pH会随着菌丝生长先升高后降低,纤维素酶和淀粉酶在整个生长发育过程中均保持较高的活力,而漆酶活力则较低且随菌丝生长发育呈现先升高后降低的趋势,表明白芦菇生长发育过程对纤维类和淀粉类营养物质比较偏好,在配方优化中可以重点考虑。
