- 为筛选防治黄瓜白粉病的有效药剂,通过田间试验,明确12% 苯醚甲环唑?氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。采用喷雾法于2016-2017年在山东省海阳市进行了田间药效试验。结果表明:12%苯醚甲环唑?氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治效果,药后10 d,有效成分用量75、100和125 g?hm-2处理防效为80.73%~95.40%,3次药后20 d,防效仍达81.74%~93.34%,持效期较长,显著优于10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂(有效成分用量100 g?hm-2)防效66.84%~71.72%,优于或相当于300 g?L-1氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂(有效成分用量80 g?hm-2)防效78.82%~87.66%。12%苯醚甲环唑?氟唑菌酰胺悬浮剂是一种防治黄瓜白粉较为理想的药剂,建议在黄瓜白粉发生前或初期,推荐使用剂量为有效成分用量75~125 g?hm-2。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen effective fungicides for controlling cucumber powdery mildew,field experiments were conducted to determine the effect of 12% difenoconazole-fluzobactam.Field trials were carried out in Haiyang,Shandong province in 2016-2017 years by spray method.The results showed that 12% difenoconazole-fluzobactam suspension had good control effect on cucumber powdery mildew.10 days after treatment,the control effect of 75,100 and 125 g?hm-2 were 80.73%-95.40%.20 days after third application,the control effect were still 81.74%-93.34%.The effective duration was longer than 10% difenoconazole water dispersible granules(effective composition).The control effect of 100 g?hm-2 were 66.84%-71.72%,which was better than 300 g?L-1 fluzoxamide SC(80 g?hm-2),which were 78.82%-87.66%.12% difenoconazole-fluzobactam SC was an ideal formulation for controlling cucumber powderly mildew.75-125 g?hm-2 were recommended,and the application time were before or at the beginning of the occurrence of cucumber powderly mildew.
