泰山灰树花栽培种生长及出菇条件的研究

- 为推广泰山灰树花的栽培,以泰山灰树花为试验材料,采用单因素试验,研究了泰山灰树花栽培种培养基配方、菌丝发菌温度、出菇覆土与否以及出菇的温度和湿度。结果表明:泰山灰树花栽培种的最佳培养基配方为栗树木屑45%、棉籽壳33%、麦麸20%、石膏1%、白糖1%;栽培种最适发菌温度为24~28 ℃;出菇时需要进行覆土处理;出菇的适宜温度为20~24 ℃,相对湿度为90%。
- Abstract:
- In order to popularize the cultivation of Taishan Grifola frondosa,taking Taishan Grifola frondosa as experimental material,the growth and fruiting conditions including medium formula,the temperature of mycelium growth,casing soil or not,the temperature and humidity of fruiting for the culture spawn of Taishan Grifola frondosa were studied by single factor experiment.The results showed that the optimum medium for cultivation of Taishan Grifola frondosa was 45% chestnut sawdust,33% cottonseed shell,20% wheat bran,1% gypsum and 1% sugar; the optimum germination temperature was 24-28 ℃,the optimum temperature for mushroom emergence was 20-24 ℃ and the relative humidity was 90%.
