盐胁迫对蓝靛果忍冬果实营养成分及相关色素含量的影响

- 为发展新疆北疆地区蓝靛果忍冬,丰富北疆地区小浆果树种种类和优良品种资源,对引进的俄罗斯4个蓝靛果忍冬(Lonicera edulis Turcz)品种3年生苗进行浓度为0.2%、0.4%和0.6%的盐胁迫处理,测定其果实营养成分及花青素含量,比较各指标在不同盐浓度下的变化。结果表明:随着盐胁迫程度的增加,R1和R3花青素含量逐渐下降,R2和R4的花青素含量在0.2%、0.4%盐胁迫浓度下均极显著高于对照;可溶性固形物含量随着盐浓度增加,4个品种均低于相应对照,盐浓度0.6%时,R1和R3分别比对照下降19.7%和17.4%,均极显著低于对照,R2和R4降幅分别为12.7%和10.1%,均显著低于对照;可溶性糖含量在盐浓度增加到0.6%时R1、R2、R4的可溶性糖含量比对照上升14.8%、38.6%、8.52%,R3的可溶性糖含量比对照下降18.1%,R1和R3与对照差异极显著(P<0.01),R2和R4差异显著(P<0.05);维生素C含量随着胁迫的加剧,4个品种均呈降低趋势,盐浓度0.6%是分别下降到6.93、6.99、6.94和6.28 mg?100 g-1,均与对照差异极显著(P<0.01);果实总酸含量变化较缓慢,盐浓度0.6%时,R1、R2和R3的总酸含量比对照上升1.74%、6.19%和14.3%,R4的比对照下降5.3%,与对照均无显著差异。综合分析各项生理指标,蓝靛果忍冬4个品种均能耐受一定程度的盐胁迫,但超过能耐受的范围将影响果实品质。
- Abstract:
- In order to develop Lonicera edulis Turcz.in northern Xinjiang and enrich varieties and fine varieties of small berry trees in northern Xinjiang,Three-year-old seedlings of four Russian (Lonicera edulis Turcz)cultivars were treated with 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% salt stress.The nutrient content and anthocyanin content of the fruit were determined,and the changes of the indexes under different salt concentrations were compared.The results showed that the anthocyanin contents of R1 and R3 decreased gradually with the increase of salt stress,and the anthocyanin contents of R2 and R4 were significantly higher than the control at 0.2% and 0.4% salt stress.The content of soluble solids decreased by 19.7% and 17.4% in R1 and R3,respectively,when the salt concentration was 0.6%,which was significantly lower than that of the control,R2 and R4 decreased by
