- 为促进果蔬保鲜剂的安全发展,针对植物源、动物源、微生物源保鲜剂在果蔬保鲜中的抗菌活性机理,综述了其在贮藏保鲜中的应用发展现状,为今后开发天然果蔬保鲜剂提供理论依据。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the safe development of fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping agents,the antibacterial activity mechanism of plant sources,animal sources and microbial source preservatives in the preservation of fruits and vegetables was reviewed.The application and development status of the preservatives in the storage and preservation were summarized,and the theoretical basis for the development of natural fruit and vegetable preservatives in the future was provided.
