- 为设计一种成本低廉,能够适配现有的轮式喷药作业设备的语音控制系统。分析温室喷药机器人的作业要求,简单介绍了机器人机械系统,以STC90LE52RC单片机为控制核心,设计喷药机器人语音控制系统,包括机器人本体运动控制系统、喷药模块控制系统,语音遥控系统。重点阐述了语音识别模块的控制原理与电路设计,语音识别、无线收发、控制命令传送的程序流程。结果表明:语音远程遥控机器人的平均识别率在85%以上。
- Abstract:
- In order to design a low cost the voice control system,it can adapt the existing wheeled spraying equipment.The operation requirements of the greenhouse spray robot were analyzed,and the robot mechanical system was briefly introduced.The STC90LE52RC microcontroller was used as the control core and the voice control system of the spray robot was designed.It included the motion control system of the robot,the control system of the spray module and the voice remote control system.It focused on the control principle and circuit design of speech recognition module,speech recognition,wireless transceiver and control command transfer process.The results showed that the average recognition rate of the voice remote control robot was over 85%.
