- 工业用地是否高效利用关系着经济和社会的发展,进行低效工业用地的评价研究对于城镇土地利用结构的优化和集约节约用地的推进具有重要意义。为更好地服务城市建设用地的利用规划和管理决策,基于宗地层次,从土地产出效益、土地利用状况和社会服务效益3个方面选取指标构建低效工业用地综合评价体系,采用层次分析法和熵权法进行综合集成赋权,选取泰州市海陵区601块工业用地地块进行综合评价,根据判定结果进行分析,并适当提出了促进高效用地的建议。
- Abstract:
- The efficient utilization of industrial land is related to the economic and social development,and the evaluation of low efficiency industrial land is of great significance to the optimization of urban land use structure and the promotion of intensive and economical land.In order to better serve the utilization planning and management decision of urban construction land,based on the level of land,the comprehensive evaluation system of low efficiency industrial land was constructed from 3 aspects of land output benefit,land use status and social service benefit.The comprehensive integration and empowerment of Taizhou city was selected by the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and the city sea was selected.The comprehensive evaluation of 601 industrial land blocks in the cemetery was carried out,based on the analysis of the results,and appropriate suggestions for promoting efficient land use were put forward.
