- 为了优化香樟叶中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,以香樟叶为原料进行超声波辅助提取,以单因素试验的结果为依据,通过响应面分析法以乙醇浓度、料液比、超声提取时间以及提取温度等4个因素及其交互作用对香樟叶总黄酮提取效果的影响进行优化。结果表明:香樟叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺是乙醇浓度62%、料液比为1:10、在57 ℃ 条件下超声提取10 min。黄酮的提取率为42.35%。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize flavonoids extraction process from Cinnamomum camphora leaves, we took Cinnamomum camphora leaves as raw material, using ultrasonic-assistant extraction, adopted single factor test and the response surface methodology(RSM)to optimize the effect of the solvent concentration, ratio of liquid to material, ultrasound time,ultrasound temperature on the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids. The results showed that the ethanol concentration was 62%, the ratio of feed liquid was 1∶10 and extraction temperature was 57 ℃, the extracting time was 10 min, under this condition, and the amount of extracted flavonoids was 42.35%.
