- 为促进设施黄瓜科学施药,调查了豫北新乡地区设施春季黄瓜杀菌剂施用状况,并对黄瓜果实和土壤的杀菌剂残留量进行分析。结果表明:多菌灵、甲基硫菌灵、烯酰吗啉和苯醚甲环唑等常用杀菌剂均能在黄瓜果实和土壤中检测到,其中烯酰吗啉残留量最高,土壤中残留量为63.27 μg?kg-1,黄瓜中残留量为8.38 μg?kg-1。总体来看,河南豫北新乡地区设施黄瓜果实和土壤存在较高的杀菌剂残留量,这与当地在设施黄瓜生长季节大量施用杀菌剂密切相关。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote scientific application of fungicide,we investigated the status of application and fungicide residues in cucumber and soil of greenhouse.The results showed that fungicide including carbendazim,dimethomorph,difenoconazole and thiophanate-methyl were all detected.Dimethomorph residue was the highest with 63.27 μg?kg-1 in soil and 8.38 μg?kg-1 in cucumber respectively.In a conclusion,the fungicide residue was high in soil and cucumber result from a plenty of fungicide used during cucumber growing season.
