月季定品种波塞尼娜变异株的发现与初步认

- 为探究月季品种波塞尼娜繁育过程中发现的优株是否具有新品种特性,依据蔷薇属DUS测试指南对其外部形态进行测定,并通过叶片气孔长度和流式细胞仪测试结果推断其倍性。结果表明:疑似变异株的花朵直径、花瓣数量、花瓣长度和宽度、叶片长度和宽度、茎秆上下部粗细、株高分别高于正常株34.77%、18.87%、28.43%、38.20%、47.72%、52.24%、50.92%、62.74%、32.42%;叶片气孔数量高于正常株6.93%,气孔长度低于正常植株0.09%;流式细胞术结果显示疑似变异株未发生整倍体变异,两者倍性趋于一致,均为四倍体;通过与已知月季变异品种比较,初步推断波塞尼娜疑似变异株是一个芽变株系。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore whether the new variation of Rosa hybrida L.Porcelina which we discovered in productive process have new plants characteristics.We measured its external morphology,according to DUS guidelines of rosa,and inferred its ploidy by stomatal length and Flow cytometer.The results showed that the suspected variation plant were higher 34.77%,18.87%,28.43%,38.20%,47.72%,52.24%,50.92%,62.74% and 32.43% than the normal plant in flowers diameter,petals number,petals length and width,leaves length and width,upper stem diameter,under stem diameter and plant height.The variation plant′s stomatal number in leaves was higher than normal plant for 6.9% and stomatal length was lower than normal plant for 0.09%,and ploidy of them tend to be same.The results of Flow cytometer showed that there were no aneuploidy variation in variation rose,and the two tended to be consistent,both of which were tetraploid.It can preliminarily inferred that suspected variation plant is a sport lines by comparing with known rose varieties.
