- 为探讨腊梅CpCBF基因在非生物胁迫下的响应机制,对山腊梅幼苗分别进行低温、干旱、NaCl和ABA 处理,利用 qRT-PCR技术对CpCBF 基因的表达进行检测。结果表明: 腊梅CpCBF基因能快速响应低温、盐、干旱和 ABA 胁迫,其中对低温和干旱的响应较为显著和持久。4 ℃低温处理12 h后,其表达量达峰值;对于干旱胁迫,处理6 h后表达量最大。初步推测CpCBF基因可能在腊梅抵御低温、干旱和高盐等非生物胁迫时发挥重要作用。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the mechanism of CpCBF gene from Chimonanthus praecox in response to abiotic stress,the seedlings were treated with low temperature,drought,NaCl and ABA,respectively,the expression of CpCBF?gene were detected using quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that CpCBF?gene was induced immidately in response to low temperature,drought,salt and ABA,among them,the response to low temperature and drought was more significant and lasting.At 4 ℃ for 12 h,the expression reached its peak.For drought stress treatment,the expression level reached the maximum after 6 h.It is preliminarily speculated that CpCBF gene may play an important role in resistance to abiotic stress such as low temperature,drought and salt stress.Keywords:Chimonanthus praecox; CpCBF gene;abiotic stress;expression profiling
