- 厌氧生物消化是处理抗生素制药废物的有效途径之一,但由于抗生素对厌氧发酵微生物的抑制反应,严重阻碍了厌氧微生物的正常生理活动,进而影响厌氧消化的效率。为了解决这一问题,相关学者做了大量研究,发现从厌氧微生物和抗生素制药废物两个方面对其进行预处理可大幅提高厌氧消化效率。对当下可行的预处理方法进行总结归纳,分析不同预处理方法的适用情况,为以后改进预处理方法和提高抗生素废物厌氧生物处理能力提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Anaerobic digestion is one of the effective ways to treat antibiotic pharmaceutical waste,however,because of the inhibition of antibiotics on anaerobic fermentation microorganisms,it seriously hinders the normal physiological activities of anaerobic microorganisms,and then affects the efficiency of anaerobic digestion.In order to solve this problem,a lot of research has been done by related scholars,it was found that pretreatment of anaerobic microorganism and antibiotic pharmaceutical waste could greatly improve the efficiency of anaerobic digestion in two aspects.The current feasible pretreatment methods were summarized,the application of different pretreatment methods was analyzed to provide reference for improving pretreatment methods and improving anaerobic biological treatment ability of antibiotic waste.
