- 我国是一个农业大国,同时也是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一。随着农业、工业、服务业的融合发展,农业已经具有与互联网协同发展的基础,探索新时代背景下的农业保险发展模式具有重要的理论和实践意义。通过分析我国农业保险发展现状,在实地调查的基础上对我国农业保险发展过程中的经验进行剖析和总结,发现现存农业发展模式的主要特征,并提出创建健康有序的发展环境,形成一、二、三产业的联动模式,完善财政与金融支农协作模式,提高农业保险参保满意度等相关的对策建议。全面而充分的发挥农业保险对农业生产和农户收入的保障作用。
- Abstract:
- China is a big agricultural country,and it is also one of the countries with the most serious natural disasters in the world.With the integration and development of agriculture industry,industry and service industry,agriculture has the foundation of coordinated development with the Internet.It has theoretical and practical significance to explore the development mode of agricultural insurance under the background of the new era.Based on the field investigation and the analysis of the current situation of the development of agricultural insurance in China,the experience in the development of agricultural insurance in China were analyzed and the suitable mode of the agriculture insurance in China were summarized.Found the main characteristics of the existing agricultural development model,and proposed to create a healthy and orderly development environment,the formation of the first,second and third industries linkage model,improve the financial and financial support for agriculture cooperation model,improve the satisfaction of agricultural insurance satisfaction and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Give full play to the guarantee function of agricultural insurance to agricultural production and farmers′ income.
