- 铬(Cr)是一种对生物细胞具有高毒性的重金属。微生物法作为一种高效、低成本、绿色的处理重金属铬Cr(VI)的方法有广阔的应用前景。总结微生物与Cr(VI)的相互作用,包括Cr(VI)转运、生物累积,Cr(VI)还原成Cr(III)和铬酸盐外排,以及相关技术应用研究现状,展望微生物处理重金属铬的前景与方向。
- Abstract:
- Chromium (Cr) is a highly toxic heavy metal that is toxic to living cells.As an efficient,low-cost and green method for the treatment of heavy metal chromium,microbial method has a wide application prospect.The interaction of microorganisms with Cr (VI) was summarized,including Cr(VI) transport,bioaccumulation,reduction of Cr (VI) to Cr (III) chromate efflux,related technology applications,the prospect and direction of microbial treatment of heavy metal chromium,the prospect and direction of microbial treatment of heavy metal chromium were prospected.
