- 采用纳米TiO2喂食果蝇进行体内和体外抑菌试验的方法,分别在紫外光和自然光线下研究了纳米TiO2对肠道共生菌的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO2能够在体外抑制果蝇肠道共生菌的生长,随着抑菌剂的加入呈现上升趋势;纳米TiO2在果蝇体内环境中对肠道共生菌没有影响。说明肠道可以为共生菌提供良好的生长环境,能使共生菌免受纳米TiO2影响。
- Abstract:
- The effects of nanoparticles TiO2?on intestinal commensal bacteria were studied under UV light and natural light by using nanoparticles TiO2 feeding Drosophila melanogaster and bacteriostatic test in vitro.The results showed that the growth of intestinal symbiotic bacteria in fruit flies in vitro could be inhibited by nanoparticles TiO2and showed an upward trend with the addition of antibacterial agent.The nanoparticles TiO2?had no effect on the intestinal symbiotic bacteria in the fruit flies.It was suggested that the symbiotic bacteria could be used to provide a good growth environment for the symbiotic bacteria,which could protect the symbiotic bacteria from the influence of nanoparticles TiO2.
