- 为使高等农业院校种植类专业更好地实施素质教育,以吉林农业科技学院种植类专业为例,提出了以能力培养为主线,以课内实践环节和课外实践环节为内容,加强硬件保障、双师双能型实践教师队伍建设保障和育人机制保障,建立感知实践教学、认知实践教学、专业实践教学和岗位实践教学为一体的“1234”实践教学体系,以实现种植类专业人才培养目标,满足社会对高素质农业人才的需求。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote quality education of plant specialty of agricultural colleges, making the planting specialty of Jilin Agriculture Science and Technology University as example and a teaching method was provided which mades the main goal to improve the ability,the content as practical precess in class and out,and makes the guarantee to advance the equipments, double teachers and double abilities teachers′ organazation and education mechanism.It also establish the teaching system of teaching by perceive,by recognizations,by professional practice and practical teaching on jobs which called “1234” practical teaching system,which makes fostering the profession talent of planting specialty as the goal, in order to face the needs from the societies for high talented agricultural talent.
