摘要:
为推进大庆市农业技术推广体系有效运行,针对大庆市农业技术推广队伍建设现状存在的人员配备相对不足、工作态度怠慢；工作条件差、推广经费紧张；高素质推广人员短缺问题，提出了相应的对策。建议加大农技推广人员队伍数量和思想建设；加强资金的投入和有效控制；引进高素质推广人才，为推广人员创造深造机会。
Abstract:
In order to promot the effective operation of Agricultural Technology Extension System in Daqing. The corresponding countermeasures according to question of the present situation of the construction of agricultural technology extension team were put forward. There were some questions including relatively insufficient staff team, neglect work attitude; poor working conditions, promotion of funds; high quality promotion of personnel shortage. Suggestions were also put forward including strengthen the agricultural extension personnel quantity and ideological construction; strengthen capital investment and effectively control the introduction of high quality talent promotion; creat opportunities for the promotion of staff.
